also confirmed that Sonic is blocking at at the moment but might unblock it soon. It's possible it's because they went to cloudfare or a bigger hosting to help stop the DDoS attacks but that was 2 months ago and currently it seems all other ISP can access Bitmit at the moment except Sonic users
