Not necessarily:
Refunds are offered up to the day of shipment of your order.
I thought people have called on this already...ie the oct 2013 RUN was locked down on no refunds...the nov RUN you likely could still get a refund on
others on here let me know if this is correct (I get my info from forums perhaps YOU CAN still get refunds on OCT orders..but I think not.

Sure they tell you no refunds, but people who paid with credit cards and or PayPal have ways of getting them
