This is why there should be more scrutiny on random accounts becoming campaign managers because there far too much incompetence and shadiness going on with them. His campaigns should probably be looked into because I'm sure he's probably paying a load more of his alt accounts.
Why these accounts still no red tagged it is because of their ranked? If these account is low rank i think it was easy to tagged as bounty cheater right!
