Its not a waste of time, this is to penalize those farmers abusing the forum.
And to kick them away from here by getting their red marks and also to clean up the forum from those 1 user with hundreds of accounts.
All members will not realize this. Most of the members give suggestions that suit their particular profile and interests here. It will be hard for them to understand why someone is giving their time for something that is not going to benefit them directly. If there are no members here who report such cases, this forum may die completely.
