Managing of a group isn't easy and it is a facf that the success of a team will depends upon how the leader organize. In my opinion, a good leader is a good follower. He has patience, cooperation with the members, and has a goals for what they will do. A good leader does not depends  to his decision only because he always seek the suggestion of majority. Leader is not just a bright or a smart, leader is not only one because we are all leaders, we are always seek for the victory of the team.
