80/20 Aluminum isn't cheap. Looking at his case he's probably got at least 8'. It wouldn't cost $200 but I'd say it's over $100.

I don't know the dimensions used in his case, but looking at the prices on Amazon, I'd say more like $25. 97'' (~8 feet) of 1'' by 1'' costs $24.26.
