we are currently in a bear market and it will not change for a time and until that change we will continue seeing this slow downward movement. and unfortunately it has caused a huge dump in the altcoin market and the dump there will always bring more dumps because the altcoin bag holders are starting to panic sell their shitcoins and when they do that they only come back to bitcoin to sell their bitcoin to get back to fiat and that will increase the sell pressure and is increasing the bitcoin price drop.
Yes I agree, it is beginning to feel like we may remain in an extended bear market for a little while. It will be interesting to see if things pick up again around June, typically the market does fairly well around this time. Hopefully as some of the larger projects come to market some life will reenter the market
