as we mentioned earlier small withdrawal requests proceed automatically. Requests that are bigger are proceeded manually to avoid fraud activity.
These two requests are currently under investigation. Nothing serious but we need an approve that bonuses and bets were wagered and placed properly. Sorry for a delay. We will post updates as soon as possible.
This is indeed a big withdrawal requested for sure, 0.4btc and 0.75 btc but why it takes for so long? Like ekorr said, that he already ask on February and now it is already March, you are taking longer time just to let people withdraw 0.75 btc? And how about if there is more than 0.75 btc, this will take forever? You should really raising your put bigger range for small and big withdrawals gap or people start to moving out later

Actually I do not really ask for the bonuses, because it is a must to have some big payout system. If you are always giving the bonuses, it will cost more on your site which is you can minimize it by improving your bankroll of course. There is so many ways to make the payout without having so much delay, maybe by making an open investment might help too
