Ethereum is on the decline. thus Ethereum will be a fairly affordable price. with such a price provides a pretty good profit opportunity going forward. my estimate of Ethereum would be a pretty expensive price.
Anytime anyone is buying when there is already a huge decline is always a good buy as long as he is trying to hold for the future. Waiting for more declines may result into ending up wasting a good opportunity. ETH has really bottomed out hugely to the previous low where it started the change in trend to the positive side last year, so I do not see how now, is a bad spot to start holding up.

I still wonder why a lot of people are looking to pick ETH over BTC. However, it is everyone's decision to make. ETH is back to where it started from before hitting the previous ATH, so I would say, if you are rooting for it, then, you should start targeting now. No one knows the future though, so you can buy some now, and see how things unfold to add more as time goes on.
