I don't even know how to get response from anyone. I have tried contacting support on freebitco.in several times. No responses. I am not getting help on this site either. I don't know where to contact. My lucky number bonus roll every hour has been cut in half for awhile now and can't seem to fix it no way no how. Like my list looks like this instead of getting the normal 23 satoshi ever hour, its cut. I don't understand other than the fact I use my account on my phone on the go most of the time via 4g. I have tried clearing cookies. tried reconnecting data. tried resetting phone. tried downloading the app, tried different browser. nothing is working and not getting assistance from anyone. Im seeing the same thing in my account today too. The base reward is half what it should be. Did you ever get this resolved? This might be a clue, but after I noticed this, I googled the issue and it brought me here. I registered an account, and this forum said my IP was evil, and Ive been placed with an IP ban. This is from my AT&T cell phone. I then registered using my computer (on fios) and registration was fine. Is freebitcoin marking cell phone IPs as evil too? And thus reducing the base reward??
