I believe in the team.. the only concern i might see longterm is that there might not be enough money longterm for marketing to compete with airbnb... If Airbnb takes like 20% fees a big part of it goes into marketing, advertising and customer acquisition
but then again if the marketing strategy with housing sponsors, referral programm and ambassadors is enough to pull this off... I have big hopes
So the article I referenced on the last page (at the bottom), that was associated to a project that was an OBVIOUS exit scam (giza) doesn't concern you at all? The team really should explain their involvement there because it's not a good look.
