450 USD is definitly not bottom 0 is.If you think that price will go down just sell it and buy back at lower price (why anybody should hold something what is decreasing in price ??,well atleast in 2 last months),if you think it will go up hold it an buy more - simple.
It does indeed look like a lower-low, lower-high.
