My Conclusion:
BCI (Bitcoin Interest) Forked from BCH (Bitcoin Cash) in January 2018. BCI adopted BCC as Their community (the only difference is the algorithm that is going to be or is already been updated). BCC had to stop the lending part as it was part of Koreas conditions for the project to be legal.
