So when you say 5000MN currently gets 2-3 blocks per day.  After tiered should 5K still get 2-3 blocks per day but 60 instead of 100? (just over 50% less than current)
Would 10K and 20K get the same 2-3 blocks per day but of 140 and 300 respectively or would those get more blocks per day?

I hope this doesnt happen but do you forsee a lot of MN holders dumping their coins as they have only just paid out another $400+ to get to a 5K MN and now with this almost halving they may prefer to go elsewhere?
