I do not see you have missed a opportunity.
I just see that you do not really understand the difference between being a trader or being an investor.
These are two very different things.
If you thinking as trader, you will be regret to not sell UTK while it was above $1. If you are thinking as investor, you are going to buy more UTK at current price and hold it for long term.

I don't think it will be very soon.

It depends what you mean by "soon". They will have an MVP presentation on Amsterdam in next month. So in less a month, I think we will see this price again.

If the market does not begin to recover by that time, it is unlikely that we will see such a price. News doesn't really matter when the market panic

Even though the news is released there is no effect on the price, because of the market is in red. To recover it will take some to get awareness about the news, once bitcoin market recovers automatically UTrust price will also recovers.
