The ALA will be simply pegged to FIAT so there won't be fixed exchange rate to ALX. ALX is the token which will participants of our TGE get.
I cant understand, why you want to create 2 types of tokens? Only ALX will be selling on TGE?

A very interesting system you got there going with two tokens, I haven't seen anything like that yet. It should work for both people who have cryptocurrency and for those who don't. Looks really promising, I wonder how it will function in reality.
To sell games for dollars and euros or whatever FIAT currency, you need transactions. And transaction costs are a big driver why this project exist. Up to 70% of game price can by just fee for transactions. Because if you buy pre-paid card from your mobile operator it is one transaction and when you buy a game it is another one both made to/by a mobile operator. If you buy ALA from a brick store you have one transaction without greedy operator you can make as many transactions on blockchain as you want with minimum fees and there are no extra time or fees for a developer if they want the money on their account.
The whole point of ALAX is not to pay for games in FIAT since it is connected to high fees if you do not have a credit or debit card.
