Why so many noise around pratconi.com? New website but so popular... Can anyone say something about them? 
Never heard of them so I don't know where you get the idea that is website is popular. Oh, as @mobnepal has pointed out this is a binary options, so this is gambling, so it make sense to be so popular. hahahaha
But as @Slow death has exposed, they are hiding their identify, so that's a red flag already. Goodluck to you though, but personally I wouldn't play with that website. I'm not saying its a scam, but I would advise you to stay away.
Right man, its a scam, and I can tell you more, victor smm, its a stupid name, I think he is worker on this website and make noise about this site with his marketing team. Evevery body dont pay attention for this project. Dont believe in this chat because a lot of bots here just for bla bla bla about how this project is cool, but I know who is these people who promote it this project. Dont believe and be careful.
