Last time when I asked some question about why they stopped exchange option for BURST coin and got a reply like they are not an exchange site. They will open up the exchange only when markets are stable. You can also expect a similar answer to this minimum requirement question.
its not about how much is in USD, its about the minimum bet they force u to play with , and the freedom u choose with what coin to play; im just saying other sites lets u play with same minimum with any coin, anyways, the new minimum ammount of coins u need to exchange is very high..
