All you need is to join in some bounty campaign that accept members that their are requiring to participate to their campaigns.
Jr member is the lowest rank that some campaign are needed. But sometimes newbie are also accepting but it is rarely. For the airdrops there was no qualification either you are newbie or higher rank. In airdrop you just signing in their google form and joining in their telegram are needed.  For more information just read some post or topic that is related to your post. Thank you.
