When the market will turn and start to grow again no one knows because this is unpredictable but to take last year as a case study, the prices were much better towards the end of the year though one can make a conclusion with this scenario but one can just view it has a thesis for the question.
Yes no one knows actually when will be the market turns to green. Many had become hopeful always on the market to rise, but as usuall we cant tell. Maybe it take time this year since were already in downtrend for months now, so believing on the market can help us to remains in control.
Since market prices are essentially an aggregate of investor psychology, it will probably require a capitulation first. That means that enough people still hanging on "hoping that it'll turn around" finally give up and sell. Unfortunately, that means more downside first.
