Not happening. Bitcoin is far too tainted with freedom. If they use some sort of cryptocurrency (unlikely) they will invent one which will be designed to be used only for state to state settlements, like they tried to do with gold in the middle half of the 20th century.  More likely they will use a basket of fiat currencies, as if adding multiple fiats together makes their inherent problems go away.
