This is stupid. He will offer you $10 for your address if it CURRENTLY holds Clams or Bitcoin Cash or another forked coin. So he'll give you $10 and collect the coins tens, hundreds, or even thousands of dollars that you have in there even if you can't see they are in there.
Where did you come up with $10? Nowhere on my post does it say I will give $10 per address. The terms are very simple... depending on how much CLAMS, BCH, and BCD can be recovered from your address, I will offer you 90% of that amount in BTC. No need to exchange it or go through the hassle of digging it up.
