I just tried to login after a few months on my account. But it says "try to contact support to recover your account" why is this happening??

It could be the same as above issue with RGBkey, your account is locked maybe because too many failed login attempts. I just tried to login to my account as well, but I get different error notification "unauthorized" while I'm so sure with my password. Should I request forgot password to fix this?
Or just because the last login was too many weeks ago. Contact support, they will re-enable it
