No. I think that reading at least the reply above you is a must for a quality post. It says clearly that the campaign is over. Also using "sir" here will not get you any kind of benefits.

Oh..please don't think you are acting so smart by replying to my comment, it wasn't directed to you but to the manager. And whoever told you I was asking him to participate in the campaign? The reason why I quoted him was for something different. I know when the campaign started and i know it has ended.
Please, it will be better if you don't quote and reply to something you don't know about all in the name of acting smart.
