I heard about revolut, mistertango and advcash but i am not sure whhich is best.

But you can't expect to stay anonymous by using online bank. For personal account they will ask to upload scans of ID card/passport and selfie. I'm not familiar with business accounts, but I think they will ask for even more personal information.
