I do not think that there is a concept like "too late" in bitcoin you can invest at any time you need to have the will and the means to do it
Right now, The price has dropped to a pretty huge extent and I think this is the best chance for the people who didn't get to invest in bitcoins. Bitcoin's price has already started becoming more stable than it was a few weeks ago and it has stopped dropping further. I don't think it would fall anymore and the people who invest and hold now might get a lot of profit if they have patience and hold for a long period.
