Ya HDFC is a real shit. All my friends have problem with it.
Recently my friend went to open a salary account. But instead they opened 3 in1 account & they are now charging him service fees(demat annual charges, extra  ) . Hey now want to switch to saving account. Visited the bank few times but no luck.

I am happy with my SBI bank account 
Whenever i have issues i just go to the bank manager & it gets solved within minutes
