Anyone interested in NEX? (Running a decentralized exchange from the NEO platform) There will be a lottery type sale coming up for up to 25K people, max investment of 1k each from what I understand.
I was interested in Nex but I don't like this idea. Crowdfunding should be open to anyone that want to participate with no limits. I don't know what they think when they put these rules. It doesn't make any sense to me.
If they have enough proven following to fulfill their targets like this then this is the most democratic and appropriate way to do an ICO really. No special discounts, no whales, no market manipulation. Its perfect really.
