Way too many screenshots to go through. Let me jump straight to the point, is the primary concern here for the OP the fact that the affiliate earnings on his ref for the wager volume generated from bonuses given by Duckdice is not paid to him?
From what I can see, according to this https://help.duckdice.io/hc/en-us/articles/360000684454-Affiliate-Program it does say that "Please note that commission is applicable only for deposited money."
However, the terms and conditions for the affiliate program was updated 2 months ago, it could be possible that Duckdice updated it to try to avoid paying OP since their problems have been going on since October last year it seems.
How big of a loss are we even talking about here? I mean even if you give bonuses to that streaming guy, it doesn't take away from the fact that OP did indeed refer him which is why he is playing at your place...
