My friend of mine who referred me here says that I have to rank up first as a Jr. Member to be able to join some campaigns. 
actually there are some ICO that gives opportunity to newbie member to follow signature campaign but of course very difficult to find it, even the end of this campaign signature to rank jr.member also quite difficult to find, therefore while raise your rank to jr.member better you also learn how this forum and what is in this forum, and after you reach rank jr.member you can follow signature campaign even at that time you surely have some knowledge ....
