Stratis - I am not sure why it didn't really move after the previous pump and it was stuck within some price, 100M Supply, $4
Augur/Decred - Not under $10, but very possible for it to x5-6 to hit $300
WTC - $11, Great tech. (Supply might be a pull back once all supply release)
Ark - Ark deserves more

Lisk is possible, Stratis, Waves > ADA(Might take a very long time, it has a huge supply there)
Don't think ardor will make it imo, it doesn't perform well compare to others like Waves/Ethereum and more
