Yesterday i tried to transfer my kb3 coins to my desktop wallet.  It has a status of completed but there is no TXID and it says "TXID is not currently available please check receiving address on a block explorer".  There isn't any transfer on blockchain explorer. Address is correct nothing wrong but my coins were gone.  I created a support ticket it was not responded for nearly 28 hours.
