There are two blockchain project about autonomous cars that I know.
The first one is Cube Intelligence, who provides a security platform for autonomous car.
DAV Network is trying to create a decentralized platform that will connect users to autonomous vehicles (cars, trucks, drones, ships, etc). And they have one of the strongest team I've ever seen.
