Digimoney (DGM) was the last new x11 coin that has all the above criteria you talking about. But their POW phase only the 1st 100 days (just finish last week), then only full POS phase started. Yet they're struggling to be listed to multiple exchange/sites. But they found solid ground price that seems stable for the last 2 months, which is good I think. But what bothers me is people/investor also not very interested with honest project, they rather join shady coin as early miner/MN owner and get fast ROI before it crumbles. Sometimes they are aware of a scam being practice, but instead of stay away from it, most of us usually take part in as 'early adopter'. This kind of oxymoronic behaviour that makes scam coins successful (in getting away with peoples money) and growing like a cancer, more and more each day.
