1st thing to find out is there a premine out there.  I would hate to put time and effort into this coin just to have the DEV dump his premine.  As I see it, right now the VPS costs more than this coin will ever make.

We would need a DEV that can do a hard fork, and a coin swap to lock the old DEV out.
