This is what I think: Ethereum will survive and Ripple will die for sure. Why? Because Ripple is centralized. Just my opinion, though 
That is true, Ripple is so much centralized. But ETH also has some problems. As it is the main platform for most ICOs, all projects withdraw fiat throw ETH, what influence its price.
Inspite of this, etherium will live, while Ripple will die
