You can buy visa virtual card on our web site using available payment methods. We accept Webmoney, Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash.
Unfortunately our cards are not reloadable.
US VCC can be used with US Facebook accounts only as we know.
