Hmm, good point on the default utilization %.  Let me know if anyone actually runs a GPU task.
Rosetta does Not have GPU tasks...  We are against anyone receiving an unfair advantage.

We dont support pulling the centralized stats information from WCG, and the unbanked feature only works with Rosetta - YET - but this feature depends on how unreliable Rosettas new task level stays!  If they continue to be down more than 5% of the time, then we will slate it in.
