can you tell me which wallet you want to create?
if Ethereum wallet u can use My Ether Wallet (MEW), MetaMask, Jaxx, ImToken, and much more (PC or smartphone version is up to you)
if Bitcoin you can use https://blockchain.info/wallet/
if another altcoins you can check their website and you will get info about their wallet
but i'm strongly recommend to use Hardware wallet like trezor or ledger nano
