No. If crypto was a real bubble, the end or the burst of bubble meant nearly zero value for coins. But the coins haven't even decreased by 25%.

What? It's far more than just 25%. Most of them have lost more than 50% in price. Even Ethereum itself is worse less than $400 now. And on the 7th of March it was more than $800. So what are those 25% you are talking about?
