Iam afraid that Vat will be applied to any EU resident as a private person. If local pickup at knc HQ then they will applie sweden VAT(25%).
Aglebov, if you meant to pick it up then they would bill you sweden VAT, what you will get as tax return(VAT) at exit EU border, but then you would need to pay your domesitc (russian) VAT. I might be wrong, but doubt it :/
