That's the part that bothers me. They're kinda narcissistic in this sense. It's like "Look, we've accomplished something that's nothing short of incredible here, whado you know?"

Well, we don't necessarily need to know all the dirty details. Here speak the customers that shelled out the thousands upon thousands of dollars that paid for all of that miraculous engineering work. We're not beggars or bums here. We've invested large sums of money, and would like to know what's going on. Not unreasonable in the slightest.
