You have to pay someone to make a block explorer in your own coins?

Is this a one person show doing this from home? Certainly seems that way.
And still no Whitepaper, wouldn't you kind of do that before releasing your coin and website?

Seems like an after school project by some dude that is too wasted to do the whitepaper or have a BE. Cheesy
