I think you can say so. One Bitcoin cycle ended it started in 2015 and went till end of 2017 so like 3 years. A very long cycle. Longest. UI was lucky to monitor Bitcoin thru all this cycle and I am already anxious to see next one. What is a mystery is when it will start. It can tomorrow or next month or next year.
