Hello everyone, it's about an hour or so that I'm on this pool .. I have 1x gekkoscience 2pac

At the beginning I started with difficulty 4000 (4K) then the pool brought me "Diff 40" and finally "Diff 20" .. what difficulties can I enter for my hardware Huh

You don't need to enter any for your hardware, you just let the pool automatically adjust it.

so if the pool leads me to difficulty 15 I have to leave so ...

Do you actually understand what it is, these shares and difficulty for your miner?
It's to keep flow of shares constant, so pool communicates with you efficiently and your hashrate estimation is more accurate.
