Hi - Our aim is to qualify to be listed on Bittrex by the end of the ICO (tradeable by 1800 UTC on 23 June 2018). Once we are listed on there, we will consider listing on other exchanges depending on our token holders needs. In the meantime, of course you can use a decentralized exchange such as EtherDelta.
When the Noble Nation platform is live - it will have a currency exchange as an integral part of its market framework.
