Today i realised i am in huge huge trouble due to gambling...i just kept loosing amount in gambling quickly...decided many times to leave gambling but never happened....today i counted that i have lost almost 10 bitcoins in gambling in last 1-2 years and the amount i loose is going to keep on increasing...
i just tried to do every thing but nothing is quiet working...what ever i earn i dont know what to do with them and in some time i loose them again...

Rest your mind, do not focus on gambling and do other activities that you think are positive and can forget for a moment about this defeat. That kind of money could be a reason for you to stop gambling. I think you need to take a rest like above me said and stay away from the gambling activities. maybe you can take a recreation with your family to other places. but you need other people to be on your side to give warning or explanation for you so you don't have time to come to the gambling place or open the gambling sites. you need to defeat this if you really want to leave gambling forever, other people cannot help you if you are not serious to leave the gambling.
