Has the player that won the amount withdraw it yet? from the bolded part , I can say that it seems the player hasnt withdraw it yet but that could be just my imagination based on the words.

Which part of the message did you notice that they asked a player to lose back to the site? It is up to the individual what they want to do with their money whether they want to spend again in gambling or keep it aside for future use.
