This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep

any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night .

my regular sleep 4-5am

I guess one thing is you might not have tiring activity in the day. So in the night you are not sleepy, as this applies to me before but after i start to do more activity i can sleep easily at night. Another thing is the whether might be too cold or too cold which you are not comfortable to sleep in, you can try to use more blanket if too cold turn on the fan if too hot.
