Hahaha I'm imagining a real casino doing that. For example you play Blackjack and the bank busts they say: Our funds our low! So for a while busting for the bank means BLACKJACK! I wonder how many people will continue to play at that table 
I imagine this is what slot machines do in all casinos. They can't pay out more than they're holding, so they'll make the player lose until they're holding enough to pay out. Unless they can pay out "IOUs" that you can cash in at the cage, idk. But to rig a game calling itself "blackjack" in the same way seems out of order to me.
It's out of order for slot machines in my opinion.
